Air drying
Gently pat with a towel and let the wig dry on a stand. Only use a hairdryer, straightener or curling iron if the instructions explicitly allow it for your model.
Careful storage
Keep a dry wig on a suitable stand. Gently detangle it with the recommended comb. Check the specific care instructions for each model.
Will the wig look natural?
This depends on colour, cut, fit and fibre texture. You can assess the model in ordinary lighting during your visit. Results vary between wigs.
Can I visit without an appointment?
No, visits are by appointment only. We personally confirm the day and time after your request.
Can I order jewellery and stones?
Yes. Add your favourite products to a selection and send a request. Availability, the final price, payment and collection are agreed before purchase.
Do I need to talk about treatment?
No. We only need contact details and a preferred time. Please do not include health information in the form.
Caring for a
Kanekalon wig.
Kanekalon is a synthetic fibre. Fibre blends and heat resistance vary by model. Always follow the product label and manufacturer instructions first.
Before washing
Remove the wig and detangle it while dry, starting at the ends and working upward. Use your fingers or a comb suitable for synthetic wigs. Do not pull at knots.
Washing
Wash only when needed and as often as the manufacturer recommends. Use a product for synthetic wigs and the water temperature stated on the label. Do not rub, wring, or leave in hot water.
Drying and brushing
Blot gently with a towel without twisting the fibres, then air-dry on a stand away from radiators and direct sunlight. Brush only as the instructions advise; wet fibres are easier to stretch and damage.
Heat and styling
Do not use a hair dryer, curling iron, straightener, or hot water unless the manufacturer explicitly confirms a safe temperature for this model. Heat may damage synthetic fibres.
Storage
Let the wig dry completely before storing. Keep it on a suitable stand or in its box, away from dust, moisture, sunlight, and heat.
